I am CakeDesigner, SugarArtist and ChefInstructor base in Kuala Lumpur MALAYSIA. Previously I obtained my Diploma in Culinary Art from UiTM 1999 Bac, Hons Foodservice Management from UiTM 2002 Postgraduate Diploma in Gastronomy LeCordonBlue Australia and Master Arts in Gastronomy LCB University of Adelaide.I am also registered with a number of Associations such as Chef Association of Malaysia( CAM ),the InternationalCakeExplorationSociety (ICES ),the British Sugarcraft Guild UK (BSG) and the Australian National Cake Decorator Association ( ANCDA)and Cake Decorator Association of South Australia (CDASA). With more than 10 years of experience as a cake designer and demonstrator, I also conduct cake-deco & sugarcraft classes.I have won several prizes in SouthAustraliaCakeCompetition, SquiresKitchenCakeCompetition (UK) and also participated as an competitor in Adelaide Royal Show . Memandangkan tuan seorang yg mempunyai nama yg besar dalam bidang ni..akak sangat2 memerlukan bantuan mengenai pewarna-pewarna makanan dalan indusri ni terutama warna yg digunakan untuk mewarna bahan topping untuk kek. Cuma nak tau jenama manakah yang HALAL dan boleh digunakan tanpa was-was..
